Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Noted
weak air conditioningdisorganized service
The gym's air conditioning was quite weak. The workout area became uncomfortably hot. The bar service was slow. It often took a long time to get a drink, due to disorganized service. One night the food choices were limited, and the children in our group struggled to find anything they wanted to eat. This impacted our dining experience negatively.

the hotel location was convenient for accessing various attractions.
I found some significant shortcomings.. firstly, the room maintenance was subpar. The shower had noticeable mold, and the bathroom fixtures was worn. additionally, the breakfast buffet lacked variety, with the same limited options available each day. this got repetitive and didn't match the expectation for a hotel of this caliber.

Amazing Stay! Staff and Amenities Was very good

Maroune and Kawatar gave a warm welcome at reception! The lovely pool featured aqua aerobics. entertainment by Mehdi, Abdel, and Jimmy. The team created so much fun. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The buffet offered varied food choices. The poolside bar served good food and drinks. Snacks and finger foods were tasty during breaks.
I booked the hotel for two single beds. The receptionist, with all due respect, did not fulfill this request. I experienced a bit of negligence. I hope that gets resolved .

My premium room had a king-size bed and offered a garden view. The room included a large, flat-screen TV and a modern minibar, perfect for relaxing. I loved the spacious bathroom, complete with a separate shower and bathtub.

A Romantic Escape, Really good Service and Comfort

The quality of food during every meal was really good. I relished each dining experience. There was also a beautiful garden with well kept plants. Coach Mehdi's entertainment activities provided lots of fun, I particularly enjoyed the pool games.

The staff were quite helpful. The gardens and pools are well maintained. the receptionist, kawtar, provided continuous assistance. I found this admirable. mouad from the animation team ensured a lively atmosphere. I especially liked this. i also appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of my room.
The main restaurant offered an poor buffet. I found this disappointing. the food was not very warm. coffee was self-service from a dated vending machine. That was also not ideal.

the hotel features three pools; two outdoor and one indoor. these amenities were easily accessible. the large garden included many beautiful roses. free parking with a charger for electric vehicles is available.
